This is the 59Fifty I designed for the New Era Sessions. The cap was originally designed back in April ’07 for the Sessions; where artists and designers were invited to use the 59Fifty as a blank canvas. Only 6 samples of each were made and showcased in flagship store exhibitions. This was my piece; Strawberries & Cream. The fruits of my labour! The Sessions Exhibition was on show at The New Era London Flagship store throughout December 07.

This shot was created for holiday season ’06 to showcase the first NBFG Signature script hoodies. The image was shot and comped using one Tungsten lamp, a Cybershot and a dash of Photoshop science. After a visit to Sainsbury’s to buy nappies a dishbrush and some Moet – as we do – we were set to do the shoot. Thanks to Milly aka Milldilla the Millyonairre for putting up with me going “left arm up a bit, a bit more, and towards me a bit…’ etc, all day. I’m annoying I know. The image was inspired by Kali, a complex and contradictory Indian goddess.
